 You are advised to submit following document to employer at the time of reporting for maintenance of your “personal file” for payment purposes:

 

(i)                 Placement order issued by NIP Office.

(ii)               Attested photocopy of National Identity Card.

(iii)             Attested photocopy of three year diploma

(iv)             Two 1x1 inch size photographs.

(v)               Bank Account Number & Address.

(vi)             Contract to be signed with NIP Office
